Below are requirements to work at All Star Home Health Care.

  1.  A PCA provides care as stated in the client care plan and in accordance with Department of Human Resources (DHS) standards.
  2. Review our PCA Job Description to see if you meet the qualifications.
  3. Prior to applying for a PCA position, you must complete the DHS online training course.
  4. Click on this link to the Minnesota Department of Human Services Individual Personal Care Assistant Training to complete the test.
  5. Once you pass the test, print several copies of your certificate. Include a copy of your certificate to All Star when you submit an application.
  6. Please fill out our Employment Application completely and BGS Form.
  7. Or you can submit our employment application via email, fax, or in person. Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions.
